Happy Fall!

If you’ve visited the office lately you know that there have been a lot of updates happening! We’ve recently renovated our waiting room, front office, and consultation room to create some cozy spaces for you to enjoy while you’re here. We also have started a Care-to-Share Program. In this program, you can refer a friend and each of you get $100 on your account towards treatment. And last, but not least, we want to let you in on a dental insurance update that we’re very excited to share.

Our approach to healthcare is comprehensive, not only focusing on your oral health needs, but also encouraging an overall well-being.

Insurance News

To align with our goal of serving our patients well, we have decided to partner with several insurance companies to allow you to get the most out of your insurance benefits. Simply put, we are now IN-NETWORK with many insurance plans. The companies include Aetna, Cigna, Guardian, Humana, Metlife, Principal, United Concordia, and United Healthcare and many more.  If you are curious to see if your specific policy applies, call or email our office, and Maggie will be glad to check on that for you! 

We are making every effort to make sure your dental care is cost-effective. Understanding insurance can be complicated, so we are happy to work with you to assure that you receive the maximum amount of any insurance benefits to which you are entitled.  For your convenience, we will file your dental insurance for you.  We also offer payment options, for larger treatment plans or those without dental insurance, and an in-house dental membership plan that provides discounts for members with no deductibles, co-pays, or yearly max. 

Patient Care

We offer a variety of services, including preventative, emergency, and cosmetic procedures.  This includes crowns, extractions, and root canals, but we are also trained in facial esthetics procedures, such as Botox and fillers. Furthermore, Dr. Nate has become a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. We now offer Sleep Apnea and Snore Appliances, which are a comfortable alternative to CPAP therapy for a quiet, restful night’s sleep! This is often covered by medical insurance. When you call to make an appointment, we can typically get you in within the week, if not the same day!
